Co-directed by Sarah Botstein and Lyn Novick, alongside Ken Burns, “The U.S. and the Holocaust” tells women’s stories using film, specifically the docuseries format, as the medium. Both directors stress the importance of communicating women’s stories accurately and directly to viewers.
